Insert the lamp head into the lamp slot of the fixture and rotate it half a turn into place to use the lamp. To ensure the appropriate distance, it is recommended to keep the bulb at least 30cm (12 inches) away from the pet. The 5.0 UVB bulb indicates that 5% of the transmitted light is UVB, while the 10.0 UVB bulb indicates that 10% of the transmitted light is UVB.
